Zu sehen sind einige Atelier Eastend KünstlerInnen & befreundete Künstler die an den Raben in diversen Settings arbeiten plus Installation im öffentlichen Raum. Diese Installation existiert auch noch im Jahr 2021.

Bring the birds back first started in 2014 when I kept seeing black plastic crows on city balconies.
heir function felt a bit absurd to me and it made me wonder how especially in winter it could bring new life to the nakedness of trees and nature.
ow the absence of birds singing could at least be coped with by a visual colorful bird show. A place-making project that involves individuals who could become a "buddy" for one bird at a time by transforming this ready-made object and co-creating the local cityscape, particularly in 2021 during Covid times.

As an extension of the original idea and for the sake of more spacial flexibility, Covid conform safety, and community engagement, I have had the idea of a mobile art cart.
The idea had been inspired by a former art project in my home town Wiesbaden and Chicago-based artist and activist William Estrada.
In 2020 the Hessische Kulturstiftung supported me with the continuation of the project. The Uhland carpenters are presently building the cart which helps me to offer public art projects in Frankfurts disadvantaged neighbourhoods in the near future.

Neben den ausklappbaren Tischen, den großzügigen Innenfächern, sowie den zwei Türen, kann das Art- Cart geschoben und mit dem Fahrrad transportiert werden.
The -Bring the birds back- project brings people together in ways that connect creatively while still maintaining the distance that is currently required. The project deals with the symbol of the bird.
As in the Frankfurt Atelier Eastend, where I first started with a version of the same idea in 2013/2014, the birds will now also conquer the Frankfurt cityscape in 2021.
A place-making project that invites participants to rediscover their local living spaces that have already been lived and experienced.
A wide range of materials supports the self-expression of the project participants, the birds vary optically as well as the identities of those who paint, sculpt or rearrange them.
A mobile art cart, which is built by the Uhland carpentry in Darmstadt, cleverly transports materials and fold-out tables, which means that it can be moved flexibly through the various neighborhoods of Frankfurt. In open-air spaces, the birds can be designed and installed on trees and other locations.

Das Projekt -Bring the birds back- bringt Menschen auf eine Art und Weise zusammen, die auf kreativem Weg verbindet und trotzdem die derzeit benötigte Distanz wahrt. Das Projekt beschäftigt sich mit dem Symbol des Vogels.
Wie auch im Frankfurter Atelier Eastend, bei dem ich erstmals 2013/2014 mit einer Version derselben Idee begonnen habe, erobern die Vögel nun auch 2021 das Frankfurter Stadtbild.
Ein Place- Making Projekt, welches die Neuentdeckung des bereits gelebten und erlebten Wohnraums möglich macht. Eine breitgefächerte Materialauswahl unterstützt hierbei den Selbstausdruck der Projektteilnehmer, die Vögel variieren optisch dadurch genauso wie die Identitäten derer, die gestalten.
Ein mobiles Art- Cart, welches von der Schreinerei Uhland in Darmstadt gebaut wird, transportiert geschickt Materialien und ausklappbare Tische, kann dadurch flexibel durch die diversen Viertel Frankfurts befördert werden. Im Freien können die Vögel gestaltet und an Bäumen und anderen Örtlichkeiten installiert werden.
